Every Month I share exactly how much money I made in Real Estate.  There are lots of websites and social media accounts that make it seem so easy, and that you can get rich from real estate, and I believe you can, but it takes time, and work.  It’s a grind!

If you want the 1 Secret to becoming successful in Real Estate I am happy to share it with you.  It is really very simple.  Work 8 hours a day, just like a real job.  Don’t do it part-time.  Don’t do it on the side.

Working a full, regular day in this profession is rare.  Most only spend a few hours at most every day on Real Estate.

Also, just like any other job, the people that are very successful work even more than that.  To be at the top of your brokerage leaderboards, and a top earner, you will need to do more – 60-80 hours a week is not uncommon.
